When users hit their limits, which path earns more: usage or upgrades?

Every month, some share of each plan hits its limits. At that moment they either buy usage (top-ups), upgrade to the next plan, or do nothing. This compares the revenue each path produces in a steady-state month. The Max row is the $200 plan question: from Max, "the next plan" is $200.

1 · Who's on each plan

Max is the remainder.

2 · What limit-hitters do

The remainder does nothing: they wait for the reset. Both paths can't exceed 100%.

Upgrade revenue is the monthly price step to the next plan: +$30 from Plus, +$50 from Pro, +$100 from Max (which requires keeping a $200 plan). Usage revenue is pack spend. If the usage path wins on the Max row, the $200 plan isn't earning its place on the page.
